DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Over the years, I developed my own design principles, and I am seeking design teams that align with these values.
• Put people at the heart of everything you do.
• Design is too important to be left to designers. It's a team sport.
• Design should be driven by data, but only 90% of the time, leaving 10% for experimentation.
• Process is a guideline, not a definition. Make, learn, iterate.
• Use only what you understand.
